We are a committed team of community builders collaborating on a property that will become a sanctuary for our communities and nature.
We are dedicated to creating a sanctuary where people, animals, and nature can coexist in harmony. Our aim is to build a thriving community space that offers opportunities for education, personal growth, and holistic well-being. With Travis and Daveed leading the way, we are confident in our ability to realize this vision and make a positive impact.
At the heart of our sanctuary lies a vision of unity and collaboration, where diverse talents come together to create a thriving community. We are dedicated to fostering an environment that celebrates creativity, wellness, and sustainable living. Our sanctuary is not just a place, but a vibrant ecosystem where individuals from various backgrounds can flourish and inspire one another.

Travis brings extensive experience in running farms in California to our project. As the current owner of the property, he is actively negotiating with the loan originator and the state to finalize the payments, aiming for complete ownership. This will allow us to confidently develop and expand the sanctuary. Travis is passionate about supporting the community and has a wealth of knowledge to share in farming, building, off-the-grid energy solutions, and more. His vision includes transforming the property into a hub for workshops, learning, and retreats, where people can acquire valuable skills and knowledge.
Daveed has always been a nature enthusiast, with a deep appreciation for the outdoors. Being familiar with large properties in Colombia, he has harbored a dream for years: to create a country club in the US. His vision is to establish a retreat where friends and community leaders can relax, recharge, and empower themselves to drive the community towards greater wealth and happiness.
Joining us remotely from Argentina, Victoria Alonso Casals brings her expertise as a lawyer to our team. As our Executive Administrator, Victoria supports our community by overseeing brand strategy and communications. Her legal acumen and strategic insights are invaluable in ensuring that our sanctuary's vision is effectively communicated and our operations run smoothly.
Carolina Gomez, co-founder of Branders Magazine, joins us with extensive experience in international business development. Her background in branding and global market strategies enhances our project’s outreach and growth potential. Carolina’s innovative approach and entrepreneurial spirit are vital assets as we expand and develop our sanctuary.
